simply shoshin is commited to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date* - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked!

Return policy:
2. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item.
3. WE DO NOT EXCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS FROM SHIP DATE OR ISSUE OUT REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS.

Damaged products:
4. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

Cancled orders:
5. To cancle an order, please contact simplyshoshin via contact tab or instagram as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we recieve the item(s) back and processed them.
6. All refund recipients will recieve an email confirmation for their records.

Shipping issues:
7. Due to covid usps is short on staff. with that being said you may expect delays or confirmation that your order has been delivered but nothing was delivered, If this were to happen please contact Simplyshoshin within 5 days of your order saying it was shipped to resolve the issue.

8. If order says its been delivered but has not, buyer is responsible for shipping fee for a replacment order if requested within the 5 days of order saying it was delivered.
